Dr. Papapostolou Harris is a Chemist (Department of Chemistry, University of Patras) with a PhD in Chemistry. He has participated in the co-supervision of degree and master theses as well as in the teaching of laboratory exercises in the context of the laboratory courses of the undergraduate and postgraduate study programs at the University of Patras as well as in the independent teaching of courses and workshops of the Department of Food Science and Technology of the Ionian University. Also in the frames of doctoral dissertation he worked as a researcher in a research project co-financed by EU and Greece. After the obtaining of PhD he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Agricultural University of Athens participating in 3 research projects funded by EU, 1 project co-financed by EU and Greece and 1 project funded by company. From 2022 he is working in the Department of Food Science and Technology of Ionian University as a postdoctoral researcher participating in 2 research projects co-financed by EU and Greece. He has published 28 scientific articles in peer-reviewed international scientific journals, 2 chapters in books and participated in more than 24 scientific conferences.
