According to par. 5 of article 13 of the Official Gazette 142/A'/03-08-2018, the undergraduate students who are successfully examined in all the compulsory and elective courses of the first cycle of studies of the Department of Technological Educational Institute of their admission, have the option, by submitting an application to the secretariat of the Department to which they belong, instead of taking an oath and receiving a Technological Educational Institute degree, to attend additional courses of a theoretical nature from the study program of the respective University Department and obtain a university degree.

The students of the former Technological Educational Institute who wish to obtain a university degree should send an application to the Department Secretariat. The application will be considered by the General Assembly of the Department.

The additional courses of a theoretical nature that they should attend in at least one (1) academic year and be examined to, are the following:
