Each student retains the right to improve the grade of a course in which they have been successfully assessed, upon submission of an application to the Secretariat of the Department. In such cases, students are examined during the regular examination periods in which the examinations for the specific course are held, and not on an exceptional basis.

Students retain the right to grade improvement in up to five (5) courses in total throughout the duration of their studies, and only once per course. Between the grade obtained in the initial examination and that obtained in the re-examination, the higher of the two grades is taken into account.
