Mrs. Athinaida Mourelatou is a graduate of the Department of Chemistry of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master Degree in Physical Chemistry. Since 2010 she has been an Academic Scholar at the Department of Food Science and Technology of the Ionian University. She has been participated in teaching laboratory courses, supervising students’ final projects and in research programs.
